"Come and enjoy your stay in this wonderful rental house with a private pool and sea view!
This cosy villa located at the end of the street in the Mas Fumats urbanisation, in Roses, Costa Brava, offers relaxation and comfort for 4 adults plus a maximum of 2 children.
It is distributed on the same floor without stairs and has two air-conditioned rooms to rest during hot summer nights, one of them en suite with a shower, and another bathroom with a bathtub. There is a third room with bunk beds for children.
The open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals and breakfasts with ease, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
Moreover, it has wifi, SmartTV, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
The villa has an outdoor parking area for 2 cars.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included within the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price. The price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

Je n est pas de mots, c est tout simplement manifique comme tout les annees avant et ons reviendras bientot
Malheureusement c est juste chere pour 2 personnes avec chiens car si non ons irais 2 fois par an dans cette superbe villa
Ameliorer....peut etre des nouvelles casserolles et aspirateur🤷️
Mais si non il y a rien pour etre mieux en vacances bien tranquille

Uitzicht is geweldig en zwembad prima.
