The spacious primary home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a beautiful courtyard with a private pool. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a flex-brew coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, and all the dinnerware and cookware you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family and friends. With bar seating in the kitchen and seating for 8 at the dining table – there is room for everyone to enjoy.
The living area has plush furnishings, large windows and double glass doors leading to the private courtyard and pool. Catch up with old friends in the living room or retreat to the family room and enjoy a movie on the 65” Roku TV complete with Hulu Live.
The first of two master bedrooms is located right off the living area and has direct access to the courtyard. Guests can enjoy a luxurious king bed, an HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a closet, and a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a king bed, an HDTV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional guest bedroom with a king bed and an HDTV. Also on the 2nd floor is a double “bunk” and a large jack and jill bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination.
The guest house is located just steps from the primary residence and connected by a small walkway. The main floor of the guest house offers a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a breakfast area with seating for four, a living area with an HDTV and a spacious king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to a second-floor landing overlooking the living area where there are 4 twin beds. There is also an air mattress for use.
For your convenience, 258 St. Francis Drive N offers private beach access, complimentary WIFI, and a full-size washer/dryer. The Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet mall are conveniently located just a few miles away.
*Please note that the parking spaces in the garage are reserved for owners and are not accessible to guests. You may bring 4 cars to park in the driveway. The HOA does not allow any type of motorcycles, trailers, ATV or boats to be parked in this neighborhood. There is no street parking and the pool cannot be heated.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

It was very spacious and everyone had plenty of room. The location was great and a nice short walk to the beach. The only downfall was there was supposed to be a heated pool in the community and there was not.

Location was great, close to the beach and stores. Very clean and check in/out was very simple. Pool was enjoyable and stay was very pleasant. Plenty of room for 16 guests. One thing to know is the guest bedroom in the guest house is upstairs.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. House is spacious and comfortable. We had 4 teenagers and 4 adults. There was a tropical storm, so we spent more time than normal in the house and we were all very comfortable.Very important to read all the info they send, so you're aware of what you need to bring and\or prepare for. We were notified before arriving that the guest house dishwasher was unavailable. A few hours before checking in we were alerted the main house AC unit went out and would be replaced the next day, to which they offered to reimburse us half of our first night. The AC guys were great, though they were there half a day with us in the house. Normally wouldn't be an issue, but the weather was iffy for beach time our first few days. The next day, clothes got locked in the guest house washing machine. The initial person sent out was quite the character and unable to help. The next crew who came out got the clothes out, but we didn't risk it again, so all laundry and dishes had to be done in the main house. The cleaning crew could do better - didn't appear they'd swept under the dining room table, hair in bathrooms, and everyone's feet ended up black\dirty before we'd even gone to the beach.Dishwasher and main house washing machine leaked a bit as well, but we adjusted the seals and kept an eye on them.They were quick to respond to issues.All things considered, it's quirky, but we enjoyed it!

Upon arrival the pool was dirty and the trash bins were full from the guest who stayed there previously. I reached out to the host and was told they would get the pool cleaned the next day. Which to me, I would think if you knew you had guest checking out the same day as other guest were checking in...you would get it cleaned. The host let us know someone would come and alleviate the trash situation and they did not until a day or so later. For mainly the entire time we were there we had to leave a pile of our trash bags against the pool gate which made the place look trashy because we could not use the trash bins. Also when I messaged the host they wanted US to pack the trash in our personal vehicles and drive it down to another rental they have. Absolutely unacceptable especially for the amount of money paid. None of us had a truck to put in the back and haul it. Overall the house is spacious and roomy. The cleanness upon arrival I would say is mid. Which is understandable because sand is tracked in everywhere. Like stated in a previous review...for the loft area in the out house it does get a little warm. Bring a fan. The location of the house is a couple blocks from the beach but you still have to drive there. Also this house is located in a gated community and ALL houses are very very close to each other. So if you are wanting to play a speaker while in the pool it will have to be on low volume.
