Stayed here with my 4 year old and husband and it was such a vibe! The upper treehouse was my favorite part to hangout with the fresh breeze and listen to all the wildlife. My son loved playing in the sand. It was clean and cozy.

We loved staying here and will do so again. The property was gorgeous and right on the water. We took the kayaks right on the water from the dock and enjoyed this so very much. We saw so many birds, an aligator, and astingray! We also spent a lot of time in the raised tree house area. We cooked on the grill, walked up the street to the area restaurants and bars, and visited Placencia. We also took a River Tour which we would HIGHLY recommend. It was awesome! Stay here. You will enjoy the experience!

Rustic. It would have been ideal if not for the above average temperature while there. Without a/c it was uncomfortable most of the day. My recommendations would be to update utensils.
