Would stay again, but internet really needs to be fixed.

Waimea was a distance out from Hopkins village. Nice, serene and secluded. The house was very modern, spacious and beds were comfortable.

We weren’t given the correct combination code to obtain the keys from the lockbox but luckily the maintenance guy who turns on the gas helped out. None of the air conditioner remotes had in batteries or we couldn’t find the remote, left us using one remote in all rooms. There was absolutely no internet and despite several requests no one ever came to check it out after our complaints. There isn’t any cable either so you should basically consider all devices being down for your entire stay.

The house was a decent house, not too much lights at night while coming back after dark. Great country to visit.

The property does not have a place to put the trash from your stay on the property. we had to leave our trash in the home the whole 6 day stay. We refused to put the trash outside due the animal and insects that will obviously come and have a go at the food inside the trash bags. The water was not hot enough to enjoy a shower or bath.I sincerely hope that the management do a better job of thoroughly cleaning up the beautiful place so the next family doesn’t have to go through this . A serious hospitality training for the staff which i never seen at all the whole stay, would hopefully benefit this company tremendously from what we had to endure.The tv had the wrong hdmi cable to connect properly so we had no entertainment until they sent two gentleman to fix the problem, but none of the other issues I had mentioned to the management people the day before . love the Country, not this house.
