During whale season (mid-December through April), relax on the lanai and watch for whales breaching in Maalaea Bay. Giant sea turtles are frequent visitors along the rocks below the property — sometimes dozens at a time.

• Haycraft Park is just 0.4 miles away, with access to a beautiful 5-mile sandy beach stretching toward Kihei.
• Walk to Maalaea Harbor for snorkeling excursions, whale-watching trips and sunset cruises.

Excellent Host very fast with answers on anything we asked. Nice property that is right on the ocean overlooking North Kihei, South Kihei, Wailea, Molokini and Kahoolawe.
