About this apartment rental
A wonderful modern unit on Maalaea Bay with a beautiful ocean view. The unit was just totally renovated throughout to Five Star Quality with all new floor, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room, and lanai surfaces and furniture. Pleae see the wonderful attached photos.
The oceanfront heated pool is a wonderful place to spend the day followed by a wonderful evening and dinner at the outdoor gas barbecues. Unit includes three new flat screen TV's, walk-in stone/glass showers, Granite counters throughout, brand new stainless appliances, flat top glass stove top and an a comfy sofa where you can see and hear the ocean for relaxing during those evening hours.
Maalaea village is a small ocean front community where you can easily walk to all levels of dining, shops, ocean front activities, and a beautiful gold sand crescent beach.
Unit is equipped with free high speed wi-fi internet to keep in touch with the rest of the world.
We have our cleaning contractor, PWC Hawaii Corp. disinfect and sanitize all touch surfaces throughout the unit during each cleaning using CDC approved disinfectants and protocol.
a) Unit - Light switches, door handles, drawer pulls, closet door knobs, blind pulls
trash cans, tables, phone,, remote control chair rails/arm rests, etc.
b) Kitchen - Fridge handles, oven handle, coffee pot, blender,, counter tops, under edges, appliances/appliance buttons (microwave, dishwasher, etc.), faucet handles, stove controls
c) Restroom - faucet handles, toilet flusher, toilet brush handle, towel rack, soap dispenser toilet paper dispenser, toilet seat, light switch, door handle.

We loved the place and our stay was wonderful! A few items worth noting for the owner since I own rentals and know the importance of good feedback 1) stove light under MW was burnt out 2) coffee maker wasn’t cleaned and had previous grounds in basket 3) first time using disposal tons of food blew out other sink 4) never could get internet to function it said connected yet no texts or emails worked we used our hot spots for internet instead 5) toilet seat in twin bed bath repeatedly moved even after tightening it twice might need new bolts?
Thanks again for sharing your great place and we do hope to return again soon! We visit for several weeks annually

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our son who resides in Maui. Location was great. Condo was comfortable. Owner was very kind and available to meet and address our needs. Overall a great experience.

This place is located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood and the beach is down the street. The house was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Each room has a fan and there’s an AC in the living room and an AC in the other room. Really nice Maui breeze when the doors are opened. We sat in the patio and enjoyed the beautiful view outside.
Plenty of towels and other supplies. Everything was great. We received a wedding present from Ron and Shirley. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this place. In the future we will definitely stay there again.

The place, itself, was okay. The problem was with the furnishings and supplies. The furniture is desperately in need of replacement. The cushions are very uncomfortable. It is painful to sit on them for any length of time. The dishwasher worked once and then it did not drain. We were in touch with the owner who, apparently came and repaired the problem. That lasted until the next wash. It stopped again. We had bought supplies for the dishwasher for naught!! We then had to purchase dish towels and soap to do the dishes for the rest of our stay. Not a big issue but not necessarily what we had planned on. We were there for a month and like to keep our place clean. There were no adequate supplies for this. Again, we had to purchase the supplies. BBQ was on site, again, no supplies. The cupboard doors were loose and almost fell off. We had to be very careful opening them. The lamp in the bedroom was very delicate, if you touched it, it fell apart. I, repeat, the place was okay, the furnishings cleaning supplies, and cupboards definitely distracted from our enjoyment of our stay. If these issues are addressed, it will be a delightful place for the next visitors.
We left a not for the owner to help in overcoming these issues.
