The location by the harbor was amazing. We were able to see whales from our balcony and turtles swimming everyday.
The couch is uncomfortable and needs to be updated.

We traveled to Kahului to Tasty Crust Restaurant for the best, inexpensive and delicious food. So Ono.
Bed too soft. Trouble sleeping.

There is an elevator and a dolly to transport luggage easily to the 3rd floor
Even though there is no on-site parking, the street parking is right across the street and plenty of it
Comfy beds
Being that we are born and raised Kanaka (Hawaiian) from Maui (husband) and me (Oahu) we really didn’t need a fancy view. We simply needed a decent place to house 6 of us. But when we checked in and saw the view we were all like “ohhhh wow niiiiice”. The unit is really nice. We travel a lot so we always try to go prepared when we check in anywhere. That means a trip to Walmart and local stores to grab toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, dish soaps, paper plates, forks, trash bags etc and to our surprise the unit was stocked!
With all that awesome pros, what good is it if you feel like you’re being watched 24/7 by the “residents” there. We felt it from the moment we started unloading our luggage. Like I said earlier, we are born and raised here, Hawaiian ethnicity runs in our blood. So when we feel uncomfortable on our own island it is really upsetting. Every person we saw walk by stared at us up and down. We would say “Hi” “Good Morning” and we got nothing back. No greeting no smile no good morning, nothing. They definitely looked down on us. As beautiful as the unit was we couldn’t enjoy it at all. We didn’t even want to go to the pool because the old ladies down there was pointing to us on the balcony. Mind you, that was the first day we were there or more like first hour we were there. So maybe around 5pm. We stayed at my in-laws house pretty much all day and night because we felt so uncomfortable.
