About this house rental
Casa Giulia welcomes you in the heart of the Algarve, a beautiful region in the south of Portugal.
Ideally located on the coast you will have access to different varied activities: many beaches all different and with a lot of charm, beautiful picturesque towns to visit: such as those of Olhão, Tavira, Faro, Loulé, Ferragudo etc...
In the immediate vicinity of major cities you will have access to all types of shops to do your shopping, but also many bars and restaurants.
The water parks and golf courses can also be reached by car in 30 minutes.
Casa Giulia is located in Moncarapacho/Fuseta, 5 minutes from the beach, 8 minutes from the city of Olhão to the west and 8 minutes from Tavira to the east.
The airport is a 20-minute drive away.
The town of Moncarapacho has direct access to the motorway, which will allow you to reach all the towns on the Algarvia coast in a short time.
The region is known among other things for its beautiful beaches, its landscape mixing land and sea, its generous and tasty gastronomy, the hospitality of the locals...
Casa Giulia is a 150m² family home that can accommodate 8 people.
It is made up of:
4 bedrooms all air-conditioned and equipped with large cupboards:
- 1 master suite with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 large bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a balcony with a view of the pool
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190
3 bathrooms (one with bathtub and 2 with shower)
1 fully equipped kitchen: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster.
All the kitchen utensils remain at your disposal.
A large table with 8 chairs will allow you to enjoy your meals indoors
A wine cellar with washing machine and large shelves will allow you to store what you need.
Finally, for the interior part, a living room with corner sofa, television and an office area.
Outside you will find large relaxation areas (2000m²), a lawn area. Various activities: ping-pong table, badminton area, a petanque court, an archery game and a private heated swimming pool of 4mx10m is at your disposal.
The latter is equipped with a protective barrier whose opening is not accessible for children under 1m20.
A barbecue, a table that can accommodate 8 people and garden furniture is at your disposal.
The access to the house is via an unpaved path for about 400 meters.
For late or very early check-in and check-out, a fee may apply.

I’ve stayed in a lot of villas over the last 25 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. This place felt like home, beautiful property, the best gadgets, huge living space and grounds and really great people to deal with, Nadia was a star ! Thank you, the best holiday in a long time !

We loved the house and pool. House was spacious and nicely furnished and pool was a really good size. The only thing missing was some more instructions on how appliances worked (we had to google search how to get the hob to work and never did find a switch to turn the pool lights on), and some details on recommended places to eat, shop, day trips etc. would have been nice too. Aside from that the only other down side was the location as it's not really walking distance for anything other than going to Marieta's (who do amazing pastries and cakes) so we had to drive everywhere or get cabs.

Thank you to Isabel for allowing us to stay in her lovely villa.
It suited us perfectly with lots of games for all the family, and excellent facilities.
Close to all our favourite beaches and restaurants

Functional but lacking convenience. Pool, kitchen outside space very good. Inside downstairs toilet very smelly so couldn't use. Only one bedside table, no table / bedside lamps. No instructions for anything, TV, cooker or any appliances. Only had small towels and took 3 requests 5 days to get more.
