About this villa rental
The villa is a perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in an authentic Portuguese village. The house is large enough to accommodate three families vacationing together and provides ample space for various activities. Read a book on the roof terrace while the kids play in the pool, stroll down to the local village square for a coffee and a fresh pastry, or spend the day on one of the beach islands in the region. The villa has a large garden with oranges, olives and figs for you to pick.
This charming, spacious and private house is located in rural surroundings, just ten minutes from the center of Moncarapacho, a village with several restaurants and bars. You can sunbathe next to the swimming pool (4 x 9 m). Two barbecues outside, and large dining tables next to them. Magnificent view from the roof terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with oven, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The property has recently been renovated.
We rent the main house of the property, which can accommodate 8 people. There is also an annex which can accommodate 8 more people. All bedrooms have access to air conditioning.
In the main house there is a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. In addition, the annex has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also an outdoor shower which is nice to use in warm weather, as well as an additional bathroom with only a toilet. The main house includes a large living room with fireplace, a small library and a dining room. Free Wi-Fi and TV in the living room.
We rent the house for stays of four days or more. Cristina, our hostess, welcomes you on your arrival to orient you and give you the keys. She collects when you leave. Cristina prepares everything before your arrival. She lives near the villa, and she is available by phone if you have any problems or questions. Our property caretaker takes care of the pool and trash.

Just amazing. The property was just as described. We visited in July and it was very hot, but AC in every room and a gorgeous swimming pool made our stay very enjoyable. And let's not forget a breezy rooftop on which to enjoy the far view of the sea and the night stars. Whenever we had any issue, the property manager would reply swiftly and even come on site to make sure the problem was solved. The beach (Fuseta) was only 5-10 min drive away.

We were a family of 11 ranging from 8 to 66! A little piece of heaven. Close to many areas and gave us space to enjoy pool time, family dinners at the same table and lots of space for everyone! Christina was great to receive us and answer any questions!! Definitely recommend this place!!

Great stay amazing property. We enjoyed the property, it was well-equipped and well-maintained. The location provided easy access to various sites in the Algarve. Close distance to Ria famosa with incredible beaches!! Christina the local representative was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Overall this was an amazing experience. Thank you!

We were two families at this villa for a week. We hired cars in Lisbon and drove down south. Finding the villa was easy with GPS and Christina was there as promised. She gave us a lot of nice information about the villa and the surrounding area.
The place was well kept, spacious and secluded. Still, it is only a short 10 minute walk to Montcarpacho centre.
We were four grown ups and four children. We had no problem accommodating everybody in rooms with air condition. There were also enough space for dining both inside and outside.
Everything worked as advertised. The pool was clean and nice and the pool area had enough beds and shade. Internet was stable and we had a wide selection of international TV channels for the nights we were in. An extra refrigerator for cooling enough soft drinks for the whole lot was a nice touch. Really appreciated. We loved our stay and plan on coming back. Fully recommended!
