Enter from The Sky Deck, a 3 story high deck. 2 bed, 2 bath, 1000 square ft space with full kitchen, living room, dining room & laundry. All new furnishings/appliances. No shared space. Complete privacy. Professionally decorated. Newly added lighted makeup mirrors and full length mirrors in each bathroom/bedroom. Stone patio on lake. 5 miles to Furniture Market and High Point Hospital. 10 miles to Greensboro Coliseum! Built in 2019 above my home. No drugs, including marijuana, allowed anywhere on premises. No smoking, vaping and e- cigarettes inside. Parties and additional guests are not allowed.

Frank was very accommodating. Property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Located right off the main road for High Point and Greensboro. Restaurants, retail, and grocery abound.Breakfast at sunrise, or a libation at sundown on the sky deck were perfect bookends to the day. I have family in the area, so this will be bookmarked for future visits.

This place is a hidden gem! Completely overwhelmed with how wonderful this place was right in High Point. Super quiet street, easy to navigate around town, wonderful amenities and immaculate. I have to rate this VRBO home as one of the best rentals I have ever had - and we have traveled all over the US and to many other countries as well. 100% A rental!

We visited for our son’s graduation. Very close to HPU. . The place is spotless , really comfortable beds, gorgeous deck looking over a little pond.. Wish we knew about this place before graduation weekend!! Thanks

As a designer who assists owners in setting up and designing their short term rentals for success and 5 star reviews, this rental gets an A! Everything was in perfect order and every detail was handled. The ease of communication, the ease of finding the property and checking in was such a great relief after our drive. The property is so peaceful and vacation like. We loved watching the geese and their goslings that were roaming around. The interior of the property is so warm and inviting. The coffee station was such a great gift as we didn’t have to go out for coffee. The drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table was such a nice touch as well as the sign welcoming us there. The bedrooms are beautifully thought out, great bedding and soft sheets, tons of towels and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom was such a treat. There are little personal touches in each room that made it so personal, warm and comfy. I could go on but I have nothing negative to say and rather I could say that this rental is set up from booking to checking out exactly as I help recommend to my clients. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back! Oh and it’s only 13 minutes from market for other designers who come for Spring or Fall Market.
