Spacious High Point Family Home w/ Yard & Grill

We had a smooth arrival—the property was easy to find and access, and we felt safe both in the neighborhood and in the house, which we appreciated. The space itself has good potential and worked for our stay overall.

That said, some cleanliness issues impacted our experience. There was a noticeable cigarette smoke smell inside, along with items that appeared to have been missed during turnover (wet towels left in the washing machine, old food in the microwave, and pet food on furniture and carpet). We also noticed empty liquor bottles outside the property upon arrival. We reached out directly to the host during our stay to share these concerns and allow addressing them, but we did not receive a response, so it’s possible the email provided is not the correct contact.
