★We had a wonderful experience staying in this cozy and welcoming home. Every single room is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is outstanding.

The house is 5-10 minutes from quaint Jamestown, 10-15 minutes from Greensboro, 25 minutes to Winston Salem (Wake Forest University), and 40 minutes to Elon University and Burlington/Graham.
The home is only 15 minutes away from Greensboro International Airport (GSO).
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

→ Unauthorized Pets: $300 per unauthorized pet.
→ Smoking Violation: $500 fee for smoking inside the unit or in non-designated areas.
→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).
→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.
→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.
→ Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.

Perfect for our large group. Lots of sleeping options and plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The two tv/living spaces were nice since we had a mix of parents and teens staying on site. The neighborhood was a little rundown for what we were expecting from the High Point area, but overall good value for our needs.

Carnival decor. Rooms were clean, plenty of space, outside garbage containers were full and not alot of room to put our trash.No outdoor seating and glad we brought chairs. Main bathroom backed up but drained with time. Easy accessibility to stores, and restaurants.Kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs. All in all was a comfortable place to stay for what we needed. Thank you
