About this house rental
New air-conditioned house of 65 m² (for 4 people), in a quiet location in the heart of Grayan-et-l'Hôpital. A grocery store, bakery, restaurant and golf course are 500 meters from your rental. The Gurp beach is a 5-minute drive away and you can get there by the bike path, where you will find various shops, beautiful sunsets, a playground for children and picnic tables.
Heated swimming pool from May to the end of SEPTEMBER (24m²) with a secure telescopic shelter, surrounded by its 150 m² wooden terrace, its parasol, its relaxers, its pergola and its barbecue. A small open shelter, to store bicycles, surfboards etc...
The garden is fully fenced and your car is parked inside.

Montalivet is 10 km away with its beach, pedestrian street, market and sports activities for children.
By going to Verdon-sur-Mer 12 km away, you have a tourist port with its restaurants, sports activities (personal watercraft, sailing lessons, boat rental etc). Possibility to cross with the ferry to go to the Charente coast for the day.
