Our family had a great time at Folly and everyone loved the house! Jim was super responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. The group consisted of my wife and I, four children in their early 20s, and my in-laws and each person agreed their house is one of the nicer ones we have ever rented. The three girls especially loved having their own “apartment” on the first floor. Location was awesome and loved the evenings on the screened porch! We will definitely rent this home again next time we make it down to Folly!

This property was perfect for our family's needs. It was comfortable, spacious and well-maintained. The location is also perfect-quiet, far enough away from the center of town and only steps to the beach. The house was fairly well-equipped, however, we were expecting some games to be included. Luckily, we brought some of our own. Would recommend it highly!

This house was great for our family. It was spacious, clean, and the walk to the beach was very short. The house was stocked with all the essential linens and cookware. The outdoor areas were very nice as well since they were shaded by all the trees on the property. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The lower level doesn't connect to the upper level with an interior staircase which would have been nice. The air condition took till the morning after check-in to drop to around 71 which made the first night a little warm, but it worked well the rest of the week. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

This was a great home for our family vacation, with spacious gathering spaces, comfortable beds, close to the beach, and well equipped kitchen.
