The view of the ocean was amazing and the main living area was very spacious and comforting for everyone to sit and hang out the kitchen was also well stocked!
It was a little odd to have to enter the house through a bedroom on the side of the house as that is where the door code lock is. There is no main front door.

Right on the beach! Close to amenities in Folly Beach.
The doors to the king bedroom were EXTREMELY hard to open with the carpet. The same room did NOT have a single outlet on the side with the bed, it only had an extension cord ran up from the basement…not sure how that’s up to any code? Huge fire hazard.
Home was definitely older and not updated besides the kitchen and front king bed bedroom.
Unable to keep the entire house cool due to not being able to lower AC below 72 and if the mini split in the living room was going, the thermostat would register that, therefore not running and would not get the rest of the house cool. So we had to choose to either cool the living room area or the bedrooms. Couldn’t have both cool.
