About this house rental
You will be renting all 3 apartments in a triplex home on Folly Beach. The house is located between 4th and 5th street and is two streets from the beach front. There is a public beach access walkway path right outside the house, that leads to the beach which is a short, 2 minute walk to the sand! There is a large patio along the side of the house that includes a fire ring, grill, tiki bar, and large table and outside seating for your group! There are also 3 outdoor showers available to guests of the house that are equipped with hot and cold water, plus shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience! We have added nods in the decor to the pirate and nautical culture that influenced Charleston's history. We hope you'll feel relaxed, refreshed and right at home!
Guests will enjoy 3 separate units that make up the large home. The larger upstairs unit contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the downstairs two units each have 2 bedrooms and a jack and jill style bathroom per unit. The upstairs unit overlooks the large patio area while the other 2 units have doors which access the patio. All units have washers and dryers.
Unit A - 2BR/1BA (1st Floor, Facing Ashley Ave)
Each BR has a Q sized bed and the bathroom is jack and jill style with a tub/shower.
The sleeper sofa in the living room is Q sized.
Unit B - 4BR/2BA (2nd Floor)
Bedroom 1 has a Q sized bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 Q sized beds
Bedroom 3 has a K sized bed
Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (2 Twin XL)
The Sunroom has a Q sized sleeper sofa
Bathroom 1 has a tub/shower
Bathroom 2 has a walk in shower and is located off Bedroom 4.
Unit C - 2BR/1BA (1st Floor, Facing Cooper Ave)
Each BR has a Q sized bed and the bathroom is jack and jill style with a tub/shower.

Additionally, there are 3 outdoor showers on the patio with hot/cold water and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.
