Loves the space and location. Had an issue with the roof leaking in multiple places. Kids loves the pool and the view was amazing. Needed some improvements in the cleaning… oven was dirty and there was mildew on some walla

This house was the best we have booked at Folly in many years. Very clean and great communication from owners/property managers. We are already planning next year's trip and will book this home if available.

We had a group of a few families with 10/11 year old daughters. We found the home to be very well laid and out and the kitchen and great room spectacularly set viewing out over the river and marshes.
The back dock was great for putting in paddleboards and kayaks and the beach was only a 6-7 minute walk. We would come back here anytime!

We really enjoyed this house! 10 people stayed and we had plenty of room. The layout is very open without a lot of clutter from decor. Kitchen was also well stocked for cooking every night. We plan to come back!
