About this villa rental
This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located in the Zion Village resort community. Where you will have access to the community pool, including a lazy river and hot tub, heated year-round. At the clubhouse, you will find plenty of room to gather, relax, and play as well as a fully equipped gym. This home is conveniently located near some of Southern Utah`s top attractions. Including, Zion NP, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and Quail Creek.
Within the home, as you walk through the front door, you will see the kitchen, living room, a hallway to a half bath, and stairs leading to the upper floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for a large group and the living room provides comfortable seating. On the upper floor, there is a room on the left with a queen-sized bed and two twin bunk beds, as well as a queen room down the hall. These two rooms share a bathroom located on the right of the stairway. There is also a master suite on the upper floor with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The master bath includes a walk-in shower and access to a large walk-in closet. There is a laundry room on the upper floor with a washer and dryer as well.
To enter the home you will go through the front door. It has a keypad lock that will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on the reservation. Once inside the home, you can open the garage and park your car inside. There will be a garage door opener on the counter for you to use during your stay.
This home is NOT pet-friendly.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.

Overall, this condo was just okay.You can tell it is rented a lot because it is very beat up and needs some fixes. Front door is hard to open, toilet on main floor moves when sitting on, tp hold broken, lots of scratches and holesin wall, etc. Beds are not comfortable. The carpet is really old and worn and feels horrible on your feet. It could have been cleaned better too. The fridge was full over take out food from the previous renters. I would have preferred the bathrooms to be cleaner. This unit is close to pool so it can be noisy at night until the pool closes. Things I did like: GarageLocation. It is close to Zion and St. George.PoolI won’t stay at this condo again but would look for another in this complex because the pool was so fun! It had pools, hot tub, slide, lazy river and lots spaces to sit and lay out.
