Great location for a family of 5 exploring state and national parks in the area. Everyone loved the pools and hot tubs! We were disappointed that there were not basketballs or tennis or pickleball equipment available for us to use. The welcome book claimed there was, but it was a mistake or outdated information.The layout of the condo was wonderful and the beds were pretty good. However, there was a ton of dust on all the lights and a few other places. One of the bathrooms seemed to have something wrong with the water also as the pressure just didn't seem to be proper for the sink or toilet. Last issue we had was it appears a light switch on the ceiling fan light fixture shorted and tripped a breaker. We were left without light in a bedroom all week. Last was the family room TV did not have a remote that worked so it was unusable.In summary:Loved the pool, layout on the condo, and overall location, but the place needs some deep cleaning and repairs to be great. The issues were somewhat minor for my family as most days we were at a park or the pool.

our only concerns are the property management (in the club house) does nothing about the drunk people drinking alcohol in the pool and screaming offensive language constantly. This is not a family friendly location. When we asked the property managers (in the club house) they said we don't really "police" the pool. "We try not to get involved". A cowardly response from any business Mqnager that cares at all about the guests well being and comfort.
We would not recommend this location for anyone with children as they do not hold belligerent guests to reasonable expectations with other guests in mind.
