Complete amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was very clean and well-maintained. Conveniently located near grocery stores and just a short drive to Zion. The owner Michael, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Parking was hassle-free, and the hot tub and laundry was a great bonus with free access. The air conditioning worked perfectly—quiet and efficient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Wonderful townhome in a great location for anyone looking to visit Zion (and Bryce Canyon). The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms had all the needed amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and other utensils; we made breakfast every day and cooked up 2 simple dinners with ease. The living room has cozy couches with enough space for everyone to sit and enjoy a movie. My teen daughters enjoyed going for runs around the neighborhood and the access to the pool and pickleball courts. It was also nice that the owners had the pickleball gear onsite so we didn't have to bring our own. I appreciated that the hosts use a familiar number for the door lock so we didn't have to remember some random code all week and fumble for our phones each time we needed to unlock/lock the door. The town of Hurricane has lots of grocery stores and dining options to choose from and is less crowded than the town of Springdale (Main Zion Park entrance). We had no issues getting into Zion for the 2 times we visited. Once we rented e-bikes through Zion Cycles so we parked in that lot, and the other time we went up to Observation trial so parked at Zion Ponderosa Resort. We even drove to Bryce Canyon for a day (~2 hours) when it was rather rainy at Zion. Probably one of the better rentals we have stayed at! Mike and Rosa are wonderful hosts!

This place is great for a family or group with kids— lots of space and three bathrooms and pull out beds and play yards if you need them. The owners have thought of everything! The location is convenient in that it is close to Zion. There is a full kitchen (and gas BBQ) and so we cooked a lot. One note for coffee drinkers: you need to bring your grinder if you have whole beans! There are smart TVs in every room. It’s a really great place to chill out.

It was beautiful weather but we couldn’t open many windows or doors because there aren’t very many screens.
