The home was very clean and comfortable. Our family of 16 fit well with beds and bathrooms for all. The management company was very helpful and responsive. We could figure out how to being the pool temp up but the grandkids still enjoyed it. Not much space/yard for grandkids to play and run around but the unit was right around the corner from the basketball and pickleball courts. Could have used an extra fridge in the garage with that many people but we managed okay. Very nice stay.

Sorry hot tub never worked. So disappointing for the kids and adults. Can’t give a 5 star when major draw wasn’t operating. It was close to Zion our major objective. Close to Kenab for off road events.Plenty of restaurants in Springdale and laVerkin and Hurricane.

This home was well thought out with everything we need for a family stay including extended family. Very clean and beautiful decor. Bunk beds and kids plates/cups for kids will ample seating. Comfortable beds and rooms for the adults. Private pool when we wanted to be alone and the bigger community pool with lazy river and splash pad for more fun. Was close to Zion for getaways there. Definitely a place we will come back to!
