Small town atmosphere near local and large city attractions. Original Log wall.

The house is super cozy and they really were thoughtful on the amenities. The fenced backyard and fire pit were great as well. The old time store across the street was great and we enjoyed all of the old cars that stopped for gas. It was about 35 minutes into Louisville, where we needed to be each day and was an easy drive. We enjoyed staying out of the city but not so far we couldn't drive it each day. The owners recommended Agave and Rye for a dinner and it was excellent and not to far away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Home was clean, welcoming and host was easy to communicate with. Beautifully furnished, only thing I would recommend is a couple of throw blankets for those evening you dont need the heat on and a blanket would be cozy. Store across the street was well stocked and easy to grab a bite or ice cream.

This cottage is beautiful. It was my home away from home for a period of time and we feel in love with the property and the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Property was clean and description of house was accurate. We had issues with the A/C and Heat. Got there on a Thursday and could not get the A/C to work and called Host. His solution was to “Open a window”. The temperature dropped off and the heat wouldn’t work either. We laughed all weekend about “Open a window.” We were not in the house that much at all so it wasn’t a huge issue. Let the owner know that it wasn’t working again on checkout and they said they would have someone come look at it.
