Came to town for a dog show in Louisville. This house was perfect. Exactly as pictured. House was well stocked with everything you need and CLEAN. Close by to some really good local restaurants. The neighborhood is going through a rebirth with updated houses and some houses in repair. We walked our dogs out of this neighborhood and ran into some unleashed dogs. Backyard was fenced and safe for the dogs. The only minor issue is the house next door plays music during the day with a loud bass. If you are working remotely, it may bother you. However, at 10 pm per quiet rules, it was off. Would stay here again.

Everything about this cute property was great! Very clean and coffee was provided. Local enough to the down town area where we didn’t have to drive far to get to a restaurant or shopping! We will stay here again when we come back!!

We attended a Dog Show at Silver Street Park in New Albany. the location was perfect less than a mile to the facility. The house was the perfect set-up for my friends and canine companions. We spent our entire stay in the kitchen sitting around the beautiful island. The dogs enjoyed the lovely back yard and the girls loved the swings. Thank you for listing just a great property that is pet friendly. Will be back for sure!!

We had a good experience at this location. The house was very clean and had everything we expected and more. I was able to cook meals throughout the trip with what was on hand. Very happy with appliances and creature comforts. One thing to note - if you have a larger vehicle, expect to park on the street because you will not fit in the parking spots in the alley. Drive to Louisville expo center wasn’t bad at all, even in traffic, and found the running path at the park nearby to be very beautiful. We will stay again next year!

Loved this house. It was able to accommodate all 8 of us easily! The place had a great set up! Loved the backyard and enjoyed an evening by the fire 🔥. If we come to New Albany again, we will definitely look into staying here again!

This property is very nice; very clean and cozy. The back yard area is great, just needs some kindling and more firewood available. Host needs to replace the front door lock, we could not get in when we arrived. We also could not access the back yard area to try to gain entry through the back door. A new lock is a must because most folks are ready to get right in upon arrival. Mattresses are very firm, but we slept well. Neighbors are very close, but it’s a quiet neighborhood.

The property was as expected and a quick drive into louisville. The town of New albany was cool and the neighbors two doors down (gray house) were really sweet and helpful. Tasteful updates and the memory foam mattresses were nice. Only issue we had is that the locks didn’t both update on the first night with the entry code so we could only get in through the front door. By the next morning the locks worked.

Home away from home!! The backyard got good use!! Spent a lot of time catching up with family. The beds were so comfortable and we were all well rested for the Volleyball Tournament my daughter played! Thank you for a clean, homie home!

perfect house for a group of people to stay.we used it for a father and son get away to the truck show. Back yard was very nice. Plenty of towels and supplies. Amy was wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed with this house.
