The Space:
This beautiful 3 - bedroom, 2 bath 2 car garage canal getaway home has direct access and walking distance to the beach! The kitchen and living area are light and bright with amazing amenities such as SS appliances, granite countertops, island bar and plenty of cabinets for storage. Our kitchen is completely stocked with all your essentials. We also have a gas BBQ grill on the lanai. Your master suite has king bed, private ensuite with dual sinks and brand-new walk-in tile shower. The second and third guest bedrooms provide queen beds and ceiling fans. The guest bathroom has also been newly renovated with a sparking walk-in tile shower. Walk out to private screen in lanai and take a dip in the heated pool. Your lanai is complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. The lanai is perfect for sunbathing with our south/southeast exposure. Your vacation rental is also perfect for those adventurers! Enjoy navigating the waters with your very own paddleboards and kayaks! Brand new dock was installed spring of 2023 with a platform that moves to allow easy access to the water. When you're not enjoying all the amenities your home has to offer, you can easily walk to the famous white sand beach of Marco Island. Everything was amazing, it had everything we needed. Was in a great walkable location, to the beach, mini golf, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was warm, and it was a bit chilly on a few days. The instructions for access and to close it down were simple and straightforward. We loved it and would return.
