Welcome to our charming, historic home in Benton Park, one of the best neighborhoods in St. Louis! This unique 19th-century home offers a comfortable retreat for up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for families and friends looking to explore the vibrant city of St. Louis.
Step into warmth and character with four large living and dining spaces plus a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Prepare meals in the updated and well-stocked kitchen. The adjacent dining area plus kitchen bar seat 12 comfortably with plenty of counter space for serving. The flow and design of the first floor ensure you’ll easily find a space to play games, watch Roku tv, curl up with a book, or catch up over a glass of wine.

-2nd and 3rd floor bedroom suites:
Each floor has an oversized bedroom suite plus a large full bathroom.
The main bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin+trundle bed, plus closet space, Roku tvs, and so much floor space you could turn cartwheels! Through the main bedrooms are nicely sized bonus bedrooms enclosed by french doors with treetop views.
The 2nd floor has a large bathroom with a freestanding shower and jacuzzi tub, plus double sinks making it easy to get ready. The 3rd floor has a very spacious bathroom with a freestanding shower and original clawfoot tub! Bathrooms are down the hall from the bedroom suites, so you early risers won't have to worry about waking everyone up!

Great find for a family reunion for three generations

Ann was quick to respond if we had a question and was able to get a repair person out for the A/C the same day we noticed it wasn't blowing. Having two different A/C systems made for a cool 3rd floor. This is such a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. It was easy to get to all of our sites within 5-20 minutes - Arch, City Museum, Ulysses S. Grant museum, Botanical garden, Economy Museum, Butterfly house, Laurier Sculpture Park. There are a few places worth walking to close by. In the house, I enjoyed cooking with the gas stove. There were plenty of dishes for our crew. The water was hot and the kitchen was beautiful. I appreciated the large dining area. The bedrooms are huge! They have glazed glass doors between the "kid's" bedroom and parents. The second floor has a door from the bedrooms to the hallway to help keep stair noise down. The carpet is plush and the floor boards in the bedrooms do not creak. The stairs have a little creak to them, but not bad. Everyone liked their mattress and pillows - even the trundles. Both upstairs bathrooms had a walk in shower and soaking tub. The towels were soft and stain-free. We appreciated the fenced in yard with soft grass and pretty trees. You could hear birds singing in the mornings. We had our own parking spot in the back and street parking was always available in the front. We walked down to A Spoonful of Sugar after dinner one night, but it was closed. It looked really good though. Great place!
