BEACH PENTHOUSE! Located one block from the beach in Playa del Rey. This one of a kind unit designed by acclaimed architect Eric Owen Moss!
Unique loft design 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. 3 levels including a roof top deck. Washer and dryer. Modern, clean one of a kind Get-A-Way with an Ocean View from your bed!
3 decks plus a full roof top deck with a panoramic view of the coastline and mountains.
1 parking spot, with a big parking lot across the street.
This is a wonderful condo with amazing views and unforgettable nightly sunsets.
There are 4 sets of stairs total to get to the top roof deck from parking.
Other things to note:
Pets are allowed upon approval first. We require the furniture to be covered with sheets if approved. There will be a $50 extra cleaning fee. If there excessive shedding the fee will be increased to $100

This place is beautiful, full of light and air and gorgeous views. We loved our stay. It was quiet and peaceful, on a calm street, but steps from the beach and restaurants. We never wanted to leave! Our host was helpful if we had questions.

All in all if you want to be a couch potato, this is your place to relax.The furnishings were quite new and in great shape but the unit itself needed some TLC. It is in a residential neighborhood but a block or less from restaurants/bars and we could hear the patrons walking to/from at night. You really need a car (which we did) to do anything. There isn't much to see or do locally besides eat or walk to the beach (it was cold in May and rainy). We're from Florida so were looking for other touristy things to do.

Location was great for us. Nice close walk to the beach, close restaurants to explore. Parking was challenging but there were options. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom(s) are small, would have been nice to have additional mirror in dinning or bedroom (near plug in) for getting ready. Place was clean and area was quiet. Owner was easy to get a hold of. Internet was good. We will use again in future.
