Step into your beachfront home with this unique, large 1 bed/1 bath walk-up corner unit with direct access and private entrance off the beach in beautiful Playa del Rey. Steps from the sand, you will find a large private outdoor patio giving it a "townhouse" feel. Located steps from the beach and across the street from the Ballona Creek Bridge/Bike Path with easy bike access to Playa Vista, Marina Del Rey and Culver City and a short walk to downtown Playa del Rey. Features 180 degree views of the marina, ocean, city and mountains and is beautifully renovated, with polished concrete floors upgraded lighting, in unit washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops and updated cabinets, fixtures, bathroom and bedroom.

Includes two (2) parking spots in secure/gated garage (garage has 3 guest spots) and is available furnished or unfurnished and will consider 30 day+ leases (please message If shorter term is desired).
