Excellent location, very walkable & close to beach, canals & shops on Abbot Kenney. Parking was also easy, and the apt was clean, small kitchenette if needed, great rooftop, good water pressure in the shower as well.

I love this fabulous place. My son and his family live in the neighborhood. I hope to make this my place whenever I visit. My host was most responsive and kind.

I love this neighborhood so much. I never ever wanted to leave! The roofdeck is so special and wonderful. Everything worked as provided. The bikes were extra fun. Perfect way to experience Venice Beach!
