· Full kitchen
· Dining area
· Large waterfront back deck with chairs – perfect for watching the sunset every evening
Amenities (shared access – yacht club facilities):
· Newly renovated showers & bathrooms
· Laundry room
· Parking permit available ($50/day, if needed)
