About this house rental
House located at the end of a long cul-de-sac, guaranteed peace and quiet, ocean view from the upper floor, 400 meters from the beaches, featuring 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.
A beautiful new 140 m² house right on the waterfront with high-end finishes and very bright rooms.
Access to the beaches via a pedestrian path
We offer ten bicycles of various sizes for rent—for children and adults—along with a child seat and helmets (25 euros per week per bike)
On the first floor:
- a large living area featuring a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, espresso machine, kettle, food processor), a large living room with two sofas, a TV with satellite antenna for receiving international channels, and motorized curtains.
The living area opens onto a large 80 m² terrace facing south and west
- A master suite with a 180x200 bed, a walk-in closet, and a private wheelchair-accessible bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, opening onto the terrace
- A separate wheelchair-accessible restroom
- An utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and storage.

- A bedroom with a 180x200 bed, “Ocean-themed room”
- A bedroom with two 90x200 beds, “Surf-themed room”

A crib, high chair, baby bathtub, and stroller are provided upon request.
The house is located 400 meters from several fine-sand beaches, accessible via a pedestrian path and bike trail that also connects to the village of PLOUARZEL directly from the property.
The GR 34 hiking trail is also nearby, offering beautiful walks.
Shops and all amenities are 4 km away.
Nearby activities: water sports center, tennis court rentals 400 meters away, 18-hole golf course, pony club, go-karting, boat tours, a visit to the Trézien lighthouse, a ferry terminal for the islands (Ouessant and Molène), La Récré des 3 Curés, Océanopolis....

What an absolutely amazing house. Superbly designed, equipped with top quality everything! So light and spacious with a huge garden and wonderful decking area. Our fourth house in a month’s stay in France and we saved the best till last. Really close to amazing beaches, white sand and turquoise sea. Thank you, Laetitia and Eric, for sharing your house with us. We shall return!
