What an absolutely amazing house. Superbly designed, equipped with top quality everything! So light and spacious with a huge garden and wonderful decking area. Our fourth house in a month’s stay in France and we saved the best till last. Really close to amazing beaches, white sand and turquoise sea. Thank you, Laetitia and Eric, for sharing your house with us. We shall return!

Wir wurden von Laetitia und Eric sehr herzlich empfangen. Nur wenige Minuten vom wunderschönen Atlantik liegt dieses sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattete Haus. Bezogene Betten, ausreichende Anzahl von Handtüchern, es hat einfach alles gepasst ! Ein Haus in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Fünf Sterne. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette belle maison très bien équipée, spacieuse et moderne. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil pour profiter au mieux des multiples activités possibles dans la région. La mer est à 400m avec une belle plage et des sentiers de randonnée.

Très bon séjour en juillet 2021 dans une maison neuve, très propre avec un jardin très bien entretenu. Le matin, vous verrez la mer en ouvrant vos fenêtres et juste derrière la maison se trouve le phare Trézien. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil des propriétaires. La location est idéalement située pour visiter les phares, faire de belles balades sur les sentiers côtiers et se baigner dans la mer bleue turquoise. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Son emplacement permet d'accéder à la mer ou de rejoindre le sentier côtier à pieds. L'environnement est très calme juste à coté du phare du Trezien. On a même la chance d'avoir une petite vue mer de la terrasse. L'habitation est très récente avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les espaces communs sont lumineux, les chambres spacieuses, le mobilier et la décoration de bon gout. Les salles de bain sont très agréables avec de belles douches à l'italienne. L'équipement de cuisine est parfait avec tout le nécessaire. A noter la qualité des matériaux utilisés ainsi que la finition sont superbes. Tout à été construit avec beaucoup de soin. En raison des conditions hivernales, nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse qui semble formidable: très grande, double orientation, belles finitions. En conclusion, un vrai plaisir de passer quelques jours dans des conditions de confort optimale, tout ça pour un rapport qualité/prix très satisfaisant.

C’est une très belle maison de vacances, très stillée et décorée avec soin. La maison est très propre, lumineuse et grande. La cuisine est très bien équipée et tout est exactement comme sur les photos. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu des crêpes, du jus de pomme et du cidre. La maison est louée par une famille très gentille qui habite juste à côté. Le terrain est très calme et protégé à la fin d’une petite impasse. Il y a un grand jardin et une grande terrasse. Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances formidables et nous serons ravis de revenir. Merci beaucoup à Laetitia et à Eric!

Maison De charme idéalement située à proximité de la mer et de chemins côtiers pour balades à pied ou à vélos. Une maison au pied du phare de Trezien ,très moderne équipée avec soin tout comme le jardin. La région, plutôt sauvage, regorge de criques, îles et plages à découvrir. On a passé d’excellentes vacances sous le soleil.

Nous sommes une famille de 5, nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique maison neuve, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, à la fois moderne et chaleureuse. Les chambres et la pièce de vie sont très vastes, la cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien équipée , il y a même un coin salon pour les enfants à l'étage avec une console ! Une grande terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu manger pratiquement tous les midis. Depuis la maison , nous avons pu accéder à pieds ou à vélo à 3 plages de sable fin avec mer transparente ! La maison est située juste sous le phare où il règne un calme absolu ! Nous sommes allés au point le plus à l'ouest de la France (la pointe de Corsen), puis à Ouessant en bateau où nous avons vu des fous de Bassan et des dauphins lors de la traversée, nous sommes allés voir le phare le plus haut d'Europe, puis à Océanopolis à Brest, sans parler des multiples randonnées à pieds ou à vélo (attention c'est un peu vallonné). Bref, nous rentrons ravis de cette escapade en Bretagne et nous vous recommandons vivement cette location où les hôtes sont charmants, de bons conseils et arrangeants (merci encore pour vos cadeaux de bienvenue ! Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location! Pascal, Marie-Pierre et leurs 3 grands enfants

La maison est neuve, parfaitement agencée avec un équipement complet. L'aménagement, le mobilier, l'équipement, tout est de qualité et avec raffinement et gout. Le jardin est grand, la terrasse vaste et parfaitement exposée, les jeux d'extérieur pour enfant sont un bonheur. Les propriétaires sont à votre écoute et la touche de bienvenue très appréciable. La plage est très proche avec plusieurs criques de sable fin et l'accès à pied tout à fait sécurisé. Les chemins de randonnées sont tout proches, les escapades vers les îles, les visites, les ports, l'accès au sport nautiques, les balades à cheval, ... vous feront passer un séjour de rêve. La maison est au calme, seuls les oiseaux pourront apporter un peu de bruit. Je vous recommande sans hésitation cette location qui est bien au dessus des critères habituels.

Très bien située la maison, neuve, bénéficie d'un ensemble de prestations de qualité. Les propriétaires sont acceuillants. Nous avons passé une semaine bien trop courte au pied du phare de Trézien. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Bref nous avons envie d'y revenir!
