Welcome to this charming house located in Brélès, just 2 minutes from Aber Ildut. This charming residence offers an exceptional getaway for family or friends holidays, nestled in the heart of Breton nature.
From the moment you enter, you will be welcomed by a vast, bright living space, including a beautiful fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This friendly area is ideal for sharing meals with family and relaxing after a day of exploration or a day at the beach. On the ground floor, a separate toilet, a bar area, and an elegant master suite with an adjoining bathroom and shower ensure your absolute comfort.
On the upper floor, a playful mezzanine offers an ideal space for children, creating a peaceful play or reading corner. Three bedrooms with double beds, a room with two single beds, an additional bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet complete the floor, providing spacious accommodation for all members of your group.
The house is located on a vast garden, ideal for children. It has a large terrace to enjoy the sun and have lunch outside. With its exceptional location just 20 metres from the Aber Ildut, you will be able to enjoy unforgettable walks.
