About this house rental
Our spacious, 58 m ² apartment is a granny flat in the first Floor in a large country house. It is located 7 km east of Lake Starnberg in an absolutely quiet residential area in Eurasburg. The apartment is bright (south / west orientation), friendly and modern, accessible via a separate entrance. It has a bright 35 m² large living room with large satellite TV and stereo, W-Lan on request, bathroom with bath / shower and toilet, wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven / extractor fan, kettle, toaster, coffee maker , Fridge with freezer - no dishwasher), own washing machine in the cellar. Bedroom (double bed) large balcony (table, 2 chairs) with nice views to the garden. A bed for a younger people, to 15 years can be provided in the living room for an extra charge of 10 € / day. For a baby / toddler there is a free bed with the dimensions 70x140cm.
Eurasburg is halfway between Munich
(35 km) and the mountains.
You can reach us via the A95 motorway in about 20 minutes from Munich city limits.
Shop in a health food store in the village
Rental only for non-smokers, no pets. Minimum stay 4 days.
Numerous leisure and sports facilities such as hiking, biking, several golf courses, z. B. Beuerberg 4 km away, skiing, z. B. Lenggries 35 km away.
Know ideal destinations around the Bavarian Oberland: Lake Starnberg, Ammersee, Staffelsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee, Bad Tolz (nice market street with old houses, many shops and restaurants)

We loved our stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment located within the hosts home. We had our own entrance, could park in the driveway, had great communication (on-line and in-person) with the host (spoke German and English) and loved the neighborhood. Just 6 or so KM from the train station to access Munich. Grocery store nearby allowed easy food shopping. Would highly recommend for access to Munich and Bavarian Alps, though a bit father away.

Everything about renting this property went very smoothly, from the initial sign-up to checking in to our entire stay. Dieter and Rosie are wonderful hosts, providing just the right amount of information and interaction. This property is beautiful, clean, functional, and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is easy to work in. We so enjoyed our time at this location (which is perfect for accessing Bavaria, especially if you don't wish to stay in Munich) and with Dieter and Rosie who are such fun and interesting hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in Bavaria with Dieter and Rosi! The location was excellent. Close to areas we were interested in visiting. It is a quiet community, with a lovely garden! The apartment has all the essential items to stay at home and get rest. It is very clean, and bright. Lots of privacy too. Rosi shared her sweet tomatoes with us! Dieter has information and maps available for travelling. He gave us wonderful advice to see areas with interesting landscapes/history, forests and old growth trees! You cannot find this information on line or in travel books. Dieter and Rosi were very patient with our English, as we don't speak German. We highly recommend this VRBO listing! Best Place in Bavaria!
