Welcome to the Fa. Orterer in Bad Heilbrunn!
Our modern and cozy apartments were completed in June 2019. They are high quality and tastefully furnished and offer every comfort. This apartment is about 45 square meters and has two openly interconnected rooms. A very attractive bedroom with a box spring bed (160x200) Hardness 2 right - hardness level 3 left. Two large wardrobes and a TV.
In the living-kitchen area is a well-equipped kitchen with modern work unit, microwave, coffee maker-kettle-gefülles spice rack ... and everything you need for the preparation of the food. A sofa with pull-out functions (140x180) for possibly 3. Person is also available. Of course there is also a TV there. The modern bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and countertop sink. Hair dryer and towels are included. Thanks to underfloor heating in the whole apartment no cold feet. Also a balcony on three sides promises relaxation! We look forward to you!!!

Awesome little apartment for a quiet getaway! Photos are exactly what it looks like, modern and clean! Communication with hosts was fast ans excellent, from check in to check out- they are very friendly and gonout of their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay! Black out roller/shutter blinds in the bedroom were so great! There is a small spiral staircase to get the the apartment, so carrying heavy luggage was a bit of a challenge- but would not prevent me from staying here again! Would definitely recommend for solo traveler or couple looking for a clean, modern, and quiet place to stay!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der schöne Balkon verläuft um die ganze Wohnung. Den Brötchenbringservice haben wir genossen.
Mit den Rädern kann man gut nach Bad Tölz fahren und mit dem Auto viele tolle Ausflugsziele zum Baden oder wandern besuchen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir bedanken uns bei den netten Vermietern dass sie es uns so schön gemacht haben.

Ruhige Lage. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben auch gute Tipps zu Ausflügen.
Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts super wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen gern noch einmal wieder!
