About this apartment rental
We cordially invite you to visit our 32-meter studio.
The studio is located in the basement, but it is bright and well-ventilated.
There is a 160-cm-wide double bed (with a new Emma mattress) and a 90-cm single bed, which is situated in an alcove and is thus separated from the main sleeping area.
This ensures a certain degree of privacy even for multiple guests (such as coworkers).
The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine on the first floor is available for shared use. The bathroom has a shower. Part of the large garden (about half) can be used for playing and relaxing.
Please feel free to ask for a desk and an office chair or a crib. Both can be provided upon request.
Due to access via an outdoor staircase, this accommodations are not suitable for older guests or those with mobility limitations.

The property was in a perfect location and the garden was excellent for my dog, except there were baby hedgehogs so I was unable to let him off the lead, but that was no-one's fault!
Description for the property states there is a Washing Machine when in fact it is a Dishwasher - very different!
Also win you click on the Get directions link from the Expedia page it takes you to central Munich!
I have asked the host to amend both of these.
It is perfectly adequate for 1 or 2 people and I would definitely recommend 👌
