HOUSING LOCATED IN ONE OF THE BEST BEACHES OF MARBELLA, FIRST LINE OF THE BEACH. TWO BEDROOMS, TWO W. C., LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND TERRACE AND PRIVATE GARDEN, AND GARAGE. COMMON AREAS COMPOSED BY TWO SWIMMING POOLS FOR ADULTS AND 1 FOR CHILDREN, NIGHT SECURITY GUARD, AND DAILY MAINTENANCE. LANDSCAPED COMMON AREAS AND VERY NICE. The great thing about the apartment is it is only 50 yards from the beach. Francisco and his wife were very friendly but the language barrier was a bit of a problem. There appears to have been very little investment in the facilities in the apartment, the sheets in the main bedroom were not too good as they were not wide enough. The sheets in the second bedroom was shocking to be honest. They were some kind of plastic and were extremely uncomfortable, even in the lower Spring temperatures. You could not sleep with these sheets in the summer months. Towels were also not too good.
