The Historic Blue Bungalow / Hot Tub / 5 min to Magnolia

Loved it! Great location and a great place to sleep a good amount of people!

Place was awesome

The only issue was the drive way was very difficult to pull into, due to a dip between the road and the driveway. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the car on the road due to the neighborhood.

Being that it was multiple families with children the privacy of the master bathroom door was poor. The front room seating was small and uncomfortable for 3 families. The kitchen floor by the refrigerator is loose, no kitchen towels. Hall bathroom shower and sink wouldn’t drain, had to turn off water during shower. Bought drano to clear shower. Laminate floor is raising in that bathroom by the tub/ shower. Lack of closet space, master bedroom/ guest bedroom coded closet. The backyard was the biggest disappointment, overgrown tree (bar-b-que) and yard, lots of mosquitoes and bugs. We were expecting what it looked like in the picture. Also nothing you can do about it but neighbors were arguing very loudly in the late/early morning hours. We feel it wasn’t worth the amount of money we paid.
