About this house rental

Close to ecotours, birdwatching, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 11-minute drive to Maginot Line or the 12-minute drive to German Wine Gate (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 1238-sq-ft vacation home, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at foosball, or enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

A living room, a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a desk are featured at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. We have enjoyed the week at Mireille’s house. I may not need to repeat all detail of previous excellent feedback about the well-designed interior and the relaxing garden. It felt like a representation of a modern woman with good taste and a warm welcoming heart. That is exactly how we experienced Mireille as a person. She is a wonderful host, very kind, considerate, caring and did everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Thank you very much, Mireille.

We stayed in this lovely house for 10 days in August. We particularly enjoyed the garden (complete with chairs and tables, treehouse and swing set), the quiet location, and our very friendly hosts. Cleebourg is quiet and relaxing but very close to the shops, restaurants, swimming pool, etc. of Wissembourg, so it was a perfect base for us and our four year old. There are walks very nearby, as well as a fantastic playground (Foret d’Adventure), and—further afield—the Alsace wine route, Colmar, and across the German border, Baden-Baden and a wild animal park that is about 25 minutes from the house. We didn’t try many local restaurants but can recommend the Cave (in Cleebourg) and Patisserie Daniel Rebert (Wissembourg). Really a very nice place for our family holiday: would recommend to anyone interested in exploring the quieter corners of Alsace.
