About this villa rental
House of 160 m2 air-conditioned, 4 bedrooms * and 2 bathrooms with kitchen equipped with TV and a living room equipped with a TV. This house has a so-called Japanese garden with barbecue and its salt pool (with a surface area of 10 m by 5 m it will be open and usable from mid March to mid October and only for you this pool can be more or less hot depending on these times of the year and will be quite cold in March and October with a high risk of impossibility to swim during these 2 months).

In a small village located 3 minutes from Souillac and canoes, 35 minutes from Rocamadour, 30 minutes from Sarlat, Brives la Gaillarde and Collonge la Rouge, 45 minutes from Lascaux, 5 minutes from the Dordogne where you can canoe, 30 minutes from the villages of Carlux, 30 minutes from Dedomme, Gourdon from the caves of Cougnac and 35 minutes from the Gouffre de Padirac, 1 hour from Cahors, and Lascaux... and other sites, local activities for the youngest dinosaurs and mini park inflatable games... easy access 7 minutes from the A20 serving Toulouse. You will be 2h30 from the sea and the Dune of Pilat
*For the 4 bedrooms, 10 beds (3 with a double bed of 160 + 1 double bed of 140 + a bedroom with two single beds of 90 + living room, sofa bed of 160). Bed linen is to be provided (fitted sheets, pillowcase and duvet cover) or count an extra charge of 15 euros per room. and we will take a reading of the linki EDF meter on your arrival and departure. (you pay for what you consume, electricity, house and swimming pool)
The house also has a key box for your late arrivals etc...

We booked this property as a girl holiday getaway for my 40th birthday celebrations. Overall we had a nice stay and found the location great to be able to visit some really stunning towns and villages nearby including Dome, Rocamadour and also had the opportunity to do cannoing in the Dordogne river as it’s such a great spot for it.
In terms of the house itself, it had the main things we wanted but I wish the outside area by the pool would have had more greenery or at least a bit of grass.
Also as there is a strict full property clean policy on departure we could find vacuum cleaners and brooms everywhere - that was a problem as they were in the middle of the way, and its not the sort of thing you wanna be looking at when you are trying to enjoy a nice meal. Basically the decoration in general was lacking in my opinion but it was true to the photos so no surprise there.
The communication with the owner was good and fast throughout the booking process.
