A historic house of approximately 200 m² in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting in the Périgord Noir.
Sarlat is nearby, and the region offers plenty to see.
All local shops are in Grolejac (6 km) or St. Julien de Lampon (6.5 km).
Swimming is available in the Dordogne River at St. Julien de Lampon or at a supervised swimming area in Grolejac.
