Its large enclosed and planted ground of one hectare is ideal for playing outdoor games (football, badminton, pétanque ...). Many paths close to the house will allow you to practice in peace: hikes, bike rides ...
Designed to accommodate 10 people, this large house offers great comfort, nicely furnished 60m2 living room with its large fireplace, a large 25m2 kitchen, very well equipped. Five bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and two separate WCs.
A large terrace, partly shaded, and not overlooked, will allow you to appreciate the calm, the view, and the large space that surrounds the house..

Un très beau gite parfaitement entretenu et fonctionnel: on remarque l'attention porté à sa conception et au moindre détail. Situé dans un cadre des plus ressourçants: très belle vue, terrasse ombragée, vaste terrain aux murets de pierres sèches, on n'y voit pas le temps passé, même à ne rien faire. Le propriétaire est avenant et attentif. Nous recommandons fortement ce gîte.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Maison calme, confortable et spacieuse avec une grande cuisine bien équipée. Une belle terrasse bien aménagée dont on peut jouir à toute heure du jour et de la nuit (très beau ciel étoilé). Bon point de départ pour les multiples excursions entre Lot et Dordogne.

Cette maison, dans laquelle nous avons séjourné 4 semaines en famille, est tout à fait conforme au descriptif.
Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire, prévenant et disponible.
La vue est magnifique, et nous avons bien profité de la tranquillité des lieux, ainsi que du beau ciel étoilé la nuit.
La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est très bonne, et l'espace est adapté à la présence d'une grande famille.
Le terrain est vaste et bien entretenu, offrant également l'ombre d'un beau chêne sur la terrasse, très appréciable par forte chaleur.
Nous avons apprécié la proximité de nombreux sites touristiques et des marchés de producteurs.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location à tous les amoureux du calme et de la nature.

Il s'agit d'une très belle demeure de caractère fonctionnelle à la décoration sobre, grands espaces, tout confort, belles finitions dans un cadre très agréable au calme avec une magnifique vue et de plus à deux pas du merveilleux Sanctuaire de Notre Dame de Rocamadour, dans une belle région proposant de nombreuses activités.
Tout est très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, à notre écoute et sait répondre à nos demandes.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce séjour et espérons pouvoir y revenir dès que possible.
