- 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, toaster, juicer, blender, raclette grill... very well-stocked with quality dishes and utensils)
- 1 living room (large LED TV, 2 sofas), floor-to-ceiling windows with shutters
- 1 dining room (table + 4 chairs)
- 1 bathroom (large walk-in shower 1.60x0.9), sink, washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 enclosed patio (patio furniture, grill, 2 lounge chairs): you can park your car there (though this will reduce your terrace space)
- 1 garage - Free Wi-Fi
