Good location for Le Shuttle
Narrow steps to bedrooms but this is minor for us. More difficult for the elderly.
More Towels needed.

Logement tout équipé, deux chambres bien chauffée. Très calme, nous avons très bien dormi.
En arrivant, les toilettes n'étaient pas très propres, il restait un bout de fromage dans le frigo. Le ménage n'est donc pas fait à 100 pour cent.
Mais après avoir fait un petit coup de ménage, c'était nickel.
Dommage qu'il manquait un séchoir pour faire sécher le linge.

We wanted to explore a bit of France and Belgium without going too far from Dunkirk, and the place we stayed at for two days was just perfect. It’s located very close to a beautiful village, and we were happy to find that the local bakery was open on Sunday — with fantastic baguettes!
The apartment was spacious and bright, with generously sized rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed for our stay was provided.
Access was super easy with a key box, so arriving late at night wasn’t a problem at all.

The location of the property is lovely. The look of the outside of the property is not ascetically pleasing. The owner ( parks their cars in the car park right outside the gite and spoils the view from the living room and you as the paying guest are required to park in the corner and carry your belongings, this makes no sense. The interior of the property was a bad DIY job and all of the bedding is a mis-match so looks like bits of spare bedding that no one else uses in the home. The cutlery drop was filthy(I have photos) and the floors had most definitely not been vacuumed or mopped as crumbs from previous guests under dining table and dust everywhere. Vaccine was empty and was pretty full with dust and bits once I vacuumed (which should not have been necessary). Stairs to the bedroom are not good so if mobility issues or children be aware of this. Dusty bedrooms and blind in single bedroom broken. Blinds in bedrooms also dirty with drink/food (I hope it was not anything else). Also wooden beds are very dusty (I have photos of this too) and dusty under the beds.
Dusty and dirty in parts. Definitely not cleaned floors from last guests. Owners parking outside gite and blocking view of countryside with their cars.
