Our property consisted of one converted floor of a terrace house. Free parking was available in the street outside, albeit that space seemed to be at a premium.

No restaurants close by, so you'll need a car! Access to the bathroom and toilet is through one of the bedrooms, with the potential for disturbing sleepers!

Le logement assez spacieux pour une famille avec 2 enfants, bien équipé et avec une petite terrasse, quartier calme. L'hôte répond aux questions de ses clients rapidement et est agréable au téléphone. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour sur Dunkerque et ses environs.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I contacted the property well in advance to request an early check-in, as I was due to arrive around 13:00, while the standard check-in time was 17:00. I messaged early enough that I could have made alternative arrangements if necessary, but I only received a response later, when it was too late to cancel or change my plans. The accommodation also did not provide basic toiletries such as hand wash, body wash or shampoo. Only one toilet roll was provided for the stay, which was not sufficient for our family. We had to go out and purchase these basic essentials ourselves. Overall, while the accommodation itself was reasonably priced, I feel that these basic necessities should have been provided, and communication regarding the early check-in request could have been much better.
