It had everything we needed. And was convenient with no restrictions on arrival times

It was cheap

The signs everywhere asking you to be very quiet. Yet limited insulation between floors. Only access to toilet was via twin bedroom, which was backward in the middle of the night. No instructions for shower. Basic.

Not for bicyclists!

Spacious apartment.

Do not come here with bikes. We were told no problem, we could just put them on the landing or in our room. They didn’t say that was up 4 flights of narrow and steep stairs. And after hauling heavy steel gravel bikes and panniers up and down our clothes were covered with chain oil.

First time I’ve booked an appt so was a bit surprised at 1700 check in but it might be normal? I have no experience with this Upstairs noisy outside of quiet hours but not really a problem

Clean, but utilities not enough for 4 people and one of the beds not comfortable.

Location was fine, keys were easy to get and the room was clean. We liked the extra towels that could be used. Good that they try to think about the environment. The bath is small, but nice!

We only had 3 plates with 4 people, the pans were not sufficient to cook for 4 people (one even missed the handle), the below bed is a large mattress on a 1 person box spring so it is very wobbly because it needs to balance on the box and therefore less comfortable. The top bed was fine, but scary that it was so easy to fall down since the bed is very close to the edge. There is a request to recycle (which we loved), but not really an option to do so with only 1 garbagecan.

Basic accommodation in a good location

Good location for Dunkirk beach, parking is free, can sea fish too, cemetery and museum and food shops : general shops by car all accessible.

Not enough plates, or cooking equipment such as saucepan / frying pan / no kettle. Elderly neighbour had a go at us the moment we arrived for parking in front of her property. Wouldn’t even let us unload the car. One way street so had to drive around again. 3 flights of stairs so would want to stay for too long up and down. No sofa to sit on.

AVOID! Dirty and used bedsheets

Not a whole lot

No clear labelling on the door or the keybox. The apartment smelled of dampness and the worst of all: the bedsheets were dirty! Tried to contact the property but was ignored. Avoid it like the plague.

Quiet location and friendly staff.

My husband and I shared a very small double bed which was put on a single bed base , we had very bad back ache by the end of the holiday and did not sleep well at all.

Its clean and big apartment. Close to the center.

Bed and pillows are not comfortable, one of the double bed will move apart when you are sleeping. Water pressure is not stable, if you just flushed the toilet, you almost don't get water out from the tap.

L’établissement est bien situé et généralement calme, sauf lorsque certains locataires du bâtiment ne respectent pas les horaires de tranquillité. Nous avons notamment entendu leur arrivée en soirée ainsi que leur réveil le lendemain, ce qui était assez bruyant. Les appartements, pour leur part, sont spacieux et très bien équipés.

Nous avons trouvé des araignées dans les appartements. La salle de bain de l’appartement 3 est agréable, mais peu pratique pour les personnes mesurant plus d’1,85 m. Dans l’appartement 1, la lumière des toilettes ne fonctionne toujours pas, malgré les remarques déjà faites à ce sujet. Comme indiqué précédemment, les voisins étaient bruyants. Par ailleurs, la voisine du logement n’accepte pas que l’on se gare devant sa maison, alors que les emplacements sont censés être accessibles à tous. Enfin, nous avons constaté que les draps de lit étaient trop petits.

Nous y avons une nuit. Le logement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé, nous recommandons d'aller y passer une ou plusieurs nuits que ce sois pour les vacances ou les affaires.

un gîte bien équipé et confortable. l'endroit était calme et nous avons pu nous garer sans problème. La situation géographique était idéale pour ce que nous voulions faire.

2 spots qui ne s'allumaient pas dans la salle de bains et pas d'éclairage dans les WC.

Bon séjour sur une courte durée pour 4 personnes.

Le fait que de la famille de passage à Dunkerque puisse venir dormir une nuit, après avoir demandé à Gaëlle son autorisation. Nous l en remercions vraiment de tout notre cœur.

Nous n' avons pas aimé les escaliers en colimaçon, très étroits. Et le fait que l appartement se trouve au deuxième étage. Pas pratique pour quand on a une grosse valise !
