It comfortably accommodates six people and is perfectly placed just 200 yards from the water's edge in the exclusive private Estate of Arden.Recently built to deluxe specification and spanning 1800 sq ft. this villa offers the ultimate in luxurious, spacious living and caters for your every need. Ideal for friends and families to enjoy.The property, which has full disabled access, offers an entrance hall, large L-shaped lounge and dining area, large fully fitted kitchen, downstairs toilet and and one king size en-suite bedroom on the ground floor.Upstairs there are two spacious king size en-suite bedrooms on either side of the hall way, one of which can be provided as a twin bedded room upon request.French doors from the living room lead to a decked patio and large garden, perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding woodland, while there is a further patio and BBQ area all complete with garden furniture.The property is inclusive of central heating, telephone, Smart TV's in all rooms, DVD player and free Wi-Fi.The 12-acre Arden Estate hugs the shoreline of Loch Lomond and Bonnie Banks Cottage is privately nestled within tranquil gardens with footpaths leading down to the loch side where you can stroll along the shore.The area itself is conveniently situated near the villages of Luss and Balloch with restaurants and bars a short stroll away including the nearby Cruin restaurant/bar which overlooks the water and is just a 10 minute walk.
