About this apartment rental

Your perfect Bully City pied-à-terre! This modern 2 bedroom apartment is hidden away in one of Durham's ubiquitous alleys, 2 blocks from Duke and Brightleaf Square, and 5 blocks to the heart of Durham.
> Walk to Yonderlust, Rose's, The Fed and more
> 2 Queen bedrooms
> Stocked kitchen
> Pet friendly, in unit laundry, free off street parking

We're recently retired, and have a lot of adventures planned, so our friend Emily will be your main contact. She lives a few blocks away if you need anything.

Historic Trinity Park is one of Durham’s most sought-after neighborhoods, both for its historic architecture and prime location. The tree lined streets connect to parks, Duke’s East campus, and right to the heart of downtown. I love that I can enjoy the peace and quiet on my street, and within a 5 minute walk be in the middle of everything.

You'll have full, private access to this second floor apartment, as well as parking for 1 vehicle. You will not have access to the ground floor of the garage, or to the back yard.
You'll reach the apartment via Alley 17, between Lamond St. & Gloria Ave - alley can be accessed via Watts St, Gregson St OR the parking lot of 1006 Lamond Ave. Park beside the garage/apt outside, next to the Grey Camper Van. Enter alley from Watts or Gregson st. Alley is between Lamond and Gloria Ave.
Please note: Parking on Gloria Ave itself is limited to 2 hours. Take advantage of the dedicated spot in the alley!

Your perfect landing place for any Bull City adventure - enjoy the convenience & serenity of Trinity Park for a weekend getaway, or get to know Durham for a longer stay. Either way, you'll be more than comfortable here!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment, which is in a beautiful neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and points of interest. Emily was also great to work with. My only suggestion would be to add a “letter B” on the building or signage that more clearly identifies the unit. We’ll definitely stay there again for future visits!
