Staying here was a unique experience for me, this place is safe, secure, family oriented , a sense of community among the neighbors who are all very kind and helpful. This place has lots of character & this location is convenient to everything. I will absolutely say Trifecta ensures they communicate every single time with whatever you need and are very accommodating.
Initially finding the exact building was a bit of a challenge for me with it being my first visit to Durham but as I said before the neighbors are awesome and helpful and the cleaning crew I did a fantastic job! The smell of bleach is everything!

It is a big property area and the details sent by the host needed to be followed exactly. However once we found the apartment than it was easy.
The smell in the outside corridors of Garbage. The reason is it is an enclosed corridor with no ventilation and the tenants put there rubbish bins out to be collected. But some people seal them and some don't. so the smell is horrible in the public corridors.
