Stay where you play! You and yours will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Co-Op and Grub are just a couple blocks away, with Brightleaf, Duke, and DPAC not much farther. There is a spacious fenced-in back yard for you to unwind in with or without your four-legged friends. The kitchen has all the amenities; add a comfortable dining and living area and you really have it all!

Jesse was super responsive to questions and always ready to help with any needs. The house was perfect and stocked with all the essentials. We stayed for my son’s soccer tournament, and the location was great with easy access to and from the freeways. The laundry machines were top-notch, making it easy to clean jerseys each evening during our busy weekend of games. It’s a perfect little house for a family and within walking distance to downtown Durham.

Nice home with plenty of space to entertain our daughter and SO for dinner etc. Close to restaurants etc in the area.

Property is as listed and nice. It is not a place for anyone with mobility issues. The beds and tub are high. I’m 4’11 & my husband is 6’6, his feet didn’t touch the floor when sitting on the side of the bed , just to give you an idea. Otherwise, everything was great, mostly quiet area, close to lots of things, between Duke and NCCU campus.
