This comfortable fisherman's cottage (part of our budget-friendly range) is only a second's walk from the Island car park, Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. The Harbour and town are a short stroll away through historic Downalong. Built over 2 floors, Lower Deck is typical of many properties of its type in the town, having been subdivided from its upstairs neighbour long ago. Sharing the use of a small courtyard with its sister property, The Lookout, where the bin store and key safe are located.
Ground Floor
Sitting/dining room. 2 x 2 seater sofa, 32" Logik HD ready TV, new cabinet and electric ‘dragon' radiator. Dining table with seating for 4.
Galley kitchen. Fully fitted with modern units, fridge, electric cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 2. Small room with captain's beds with a pull-out trundle bed underneath, hanging cupboard and drawer unit. Ideal kids' room.
