"Ocean Aire" is a newly renovated Destin condo offering panoramic ocean views in a prime location, complete with private beach access, pools, a spa, tennis courts, a gym, basketball courts, and a beachside bar.
*Please note: The pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance from January 20–27

Play: Take advantage of the beach as well as the pool! Book your beach chairs at the kiosk as you arrive at the beach. We have a wonderful beachside bar just past our pool and are within a short stroll from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and the Back Porch!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

It’s an absolutely beautiful condo. It does need a fresh coat of paint and a little TLC, but it is spectacular. The view is amazing! If you stay in the primary/master bedroom, you must keep the door open or it will get very hot in there no matter how you turn the thermostat. The room with a four poster bed, gets ice cold. Keep that in mind. The property is safe and secure and very few children. The children that were there, were extremely well-behaved and well mannered. It was refreshing. No loud music, people were respectful and friendly to know. We ate at Ruth CHRIS steakhouse and it was fabulous. Highly, highly recommended. We will be back.

The condo is beautiful but needs work. The dryer made an awful loud noise and the washing machine smelled horrible. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall and curtains half hung. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. Would love to stay shy at Silver Shells but not condo 1201 .
